Changes in interest rates may affect investment values and returns, while maturing investments may need to be reinvested at lower prevailing rates.

Credit and Counterparty Risk
An issuer or other counterparty may fail to meet its financial obligations.

Liquidity Risk
Certain investments may not be immediately redeemable when funds are required.

Concentration Risk
Excessive exposure to a particular investment, asset class, issuer, provider or currency may increase portfolio risk.

Currency Risk
Where foreign-currency investments are held, exchange-rate movements may affect investment value and returns.

Inflation Risk
Future investment income or capital may have lower purchasing power as prices increase.

Third-Party and Operational Risk
Investment outcomes or transaction processing may be affected by the operations, systems or performance of Fund Managers, custodians, banks, technology providers and other service providers.
